Programme Highlights: This technology seminar will be divided into 2 parts: LiDAR Technology with Applications and Cyber Security Solution by A.I. Network Technology 

Part 1: LiDAR Technology and Applications Light Detection and Ranging (LiDAR) is a technology that can present objects with accurate 3D information. It’s one of the core technologies for autonomous driving, industrial automation and mapping. Together with AI-based 3D perception software, LiDAR is also becoming more and more popular in smart city and physical security applications. In this part, we’ll talk about the technology fundamentals of LiDAR and some of the most popular applications for smart city, critical infrastructure, industrial automation and energy saving.

Mr Jimmy Li, Managing Director of Quanergy for APAC. Mr. Li has more than 15 years of management and marketing experiences in different technology sectors that involve physical security, smart city and industrial automation.

Mr. Perry Cheung, North Asia Regional Manager of Allied Telesis and has more than 10 years of management and implementation experience in security network system field. He had participated in various large scale local projects including HK Kai Tak Town development, HSBC, Hotels, Tunnel and Terminals for IP Surveillance & BMS network system and large scale projects in Hong Kong and Macau.
