Retrofit is the key to achieving carbon neutrality by 2050. The EMSD, HKGBC, and 5 other organizations have just signed a MOC with the objective of driving retrofit to the Greater Bay Area. Following the signing of the MOC, HKGBC has recently launched a retrofit guidebook to facilitate the industry to mainstream the adoption of retrofit. The presentation will address the importance and challenges of retrofit, give a brief introduction to the retrofit guidebook, and what HKGBC is planning to create a retrofit market in order to achieve the vision of carbon neutrality.
