Be Slow down in order to taste the joys of life. It's time to enjoy the things you never had time to do in office. Gas And Energy Division provide a wine and cheese tasting workshop in the weekend. In the workshop, wine and cheese fundamentals with be introduced. Types, characteristics and styles of wines and cheese will be covered in the lesson. Moreover, 6 different wines including White wine, Rose, Red wine and White Sparkling will be available for tasting. 3 kinds of cheeses will be also available for tasting and wine pairing.

Mr. Charles Chu have more than 20 years international working experience which related Hotels, Restaurants, and Wine. He obtain the qualification in Hospitality Educator; Wines, Sake and Spirits educator; Cava Educator; Cheese Educator; Port Educator as well as Sherry Educator. Mr. Chu also plays an active role in education, he is a tutor in Tertiary Education Institutions, University about F&B subject.
