Commenced services in March 2017, GHK is the latest private hospital in Hong Kong designed to provide quality and accessible healthcare services. Located at Wong Chuk Hang on Hong Kong Island South, GHK provides 500 beds, cutting edge medical technologies and a comprehensive range of clinical services. It also contributes to the training and development of healthcare professionals, and advancement of clinical research.

Besides, GHK is one of the first private hospitals in Hong Kong to use the fully-automated track system that handles routine blood tests and chemistry tests and use the automated, decentralized medication dispensing system that ensures efficient and accurate drug management and dispensing.

In this technical visit, the participants will be briefed on the background information of GHK. We will then be guided on a tour to various plant rooms and associated areas to know more about its engineering system and equipment installed, including electricity supply arrange, HVAC plant and state-of the art medical equipment and facilities. There are opportunities for the participants to exchange with the facility management and engineering teams of GHK during a Q&A session
