Mr. Lam Ming Wing –The Hong Kong & China Gas Co. Ltd.
Head of Corporate Human Resources & Head of Corporate Safety & Environment
Mr Lam is experienced in Health, Safety and Environmental Management, Technical and Management
Training, Organization Culture, Succession Planning and other Human Resources function. He started
working in Towngas in 1979 taking various engineering positions. He took up management positions in
various joint ventures in Mainland Utility business since 1995. He was appointed as Head of Corporate
Safety & Environment and Head of Corporate Human Resource for Towngas Group in 2022 and 2023
respectively.
